Mind
Mind are a UK charity dedicated to giving support to those with mental illness. They campaign for greater awareness, understanding and better facilities to those who struggle with their mental health. The money donated to Mind goes towards fundraising efforts, providing support and services, and making services more accessible. They also campaign for people with mental illness to be treated equally in the workplace, as well as having better laws in place to ensure fairer treatment.
One Tree Planted
Since their beginning in 2014, they have helped to plant 15 million trees! The main benefits of reforestation are to limit harmful pollutants, as trees release clean oxygen for us. This helps regulate our climate. Trees prevent floods and filter water, as well as providing habitats for animals, flora, fauna and fungi. Not only are there ecological benefits to trees, but they also have a positive impact socially and for our health. Planting trees provides jobs and food, and trees also aid with overall wellness.
KyivPride
KyivPride is a Ukrainian non-governmental organization that aims at contributing to full respect for human rights for LGBT+ in Ukraine, at encouraging an appreciation for these rights by raising LGBT+ visibility and their participation in social processes.
