How to check your breasts

There is no specific way to check your breasts, it’s all about getting to know your body, and knowing what feels normal is key to detecting any changes. Feel them at least once a month to get an idea of how they normally feel, check before and after your period as when you are menstruating, they can feel different. If you notice any changes in the feel or look of your breasts, then seek advice from your GP.
.
If in doubt… get checked out!
