Delivery and Returns


Delivery and Postage:

We charge a flat fee of £4.75 for recorded 24 hour delivery within the UK, and aim to despatch your goodies within 2-3 working days (during a sale this may go up to 3-4 working days).

Postage and packing for orders sent to the rest of the world are charged at £10.00. For delivery outside the UK please allow 10 days for delivery. German customers please use the tracking number provided on the GLS website for detailed tracking.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over £60 (except during the sale)

Please remember: goods sent outside the UK may incur additional customs charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that any comments left on paypal orders will not be seen as they do not come through to our order system. If you'd like to let us know something about your order, please email us as soon as you have placed the order. 


Returns & Exchanges:

Playful Promises wants you to buy with confidence and wear with even more! We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or refund your purchase subject to our terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return or exchange the item(s) for any reason, the following terms and conditions apply:

1) Download a copy of our returns form here and return to us with your items within 14 days of purchase (we take into consideration shipping times from overseas). Over the Christmas period we extend our returns time from November to mid-January.

2) All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Hosiery cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

3) Be sure to try on briefs over your own lingerie as we will not accept any returns that are worn or soiled.

4) For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns and exchanges on makeup.

We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. We are unable to cover the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds and exchanges are processed on the following Monday after receiving the goods, please allow approximately one week for the items to be checked.
