Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or refund your purchase subject to our terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return or exchange the item(s) for any reason, the following terms and conditions apply:
1) Request a returns form from info@playfulpromises.com and return to us within 14 days of purchase.
2) All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
3) Be sure to try on briefs over your own lingerie as we will not accept any lingerie that is worn or soiled.
4) For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns and exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.
We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for them to be checked.
Delivery and Postage:
We charge a flat fee of £3.95 for recorded delivery within the UK. UK orders will be despatched within 48 hours.
Postage and packing for goods sent to the rest of the world are charged at £7.00. For delivery outside the UK please allow 10 days for delivery.
Note for goods sent outside the UK additional customs charges may be levied and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
