The new Sh! store is small, but perfectly formed. All their bestsellers are stocked including a good selection of lingerie by Playful Promises of course!

Gents are kindly asked that they are accompanied by a female, but if you’d like to buy a gift for your special someone they run a Gent’s Evening every Tuesday 5-7pm.

Sh! is the UK’s only true female focused erotic emporium, a safe space where women can browse play things, enjoy a decent cuppa and receive sound advice. We love them!

The launch party was great; they had Tempest Rose and Delores Deluxe from the Kitten Club performing, a theatrical piece by ‘5 Clever Courtesans’ and erotic book readings by KD Grace, Kay Jaybee and Scarlett French.

Le Rouge boutique opened its doors in August 2009 in Bowness on Windermere the beautiful Lake District.
Playful Promises loves this little boutique it is just beautiful with pearl hangers, oak floor and more lingerie than you could need.

Le Rouge is well known for always having something different and from what we’ve heard the favourites include our corsets, pin up panties and silk corsage sets.

The Playful Promises girls had a fab time at the RHYTHM A LA MODE II event raising awareness and money for Cancer Research UK.

There was plenty going on from music sets from stars Kele Le Roc who gave us some soulful sounds and everyone’s favourite cheesy pop star Chico!

There was also live runway with Playful Promises current swimwear collection beautifully worn by the girls from DILEMA modelling agency.

Last week Playful Promises was part of the lingerie collective at Boudoir for London Fashion Week.

We had a great time and met some key people from press including Vogue, WGSN and Tatler. We were also proud to be part of the Lingerie Boudoir event which featured the short film “Underworld”, showing ten top brands hand-picked and styled by Phoebe Arnold (love Magazine) demonstrating lingerie used as editorial. Shot by Ali Peck, and viewed by fashion press and buyers, the event demonstrated the exciting recognition of lingerie as a fundamental part of the UK fashion industry.
